Virginia Palm

Virginia Palm spent over a decade at the intersection of tech, venture capital, and strategy consulting, including at McKinsey, working with founders and leadership teams across Europe and globally. She saw, up close, what high performance costs, and what most programmes completely miss.

That sent her back to the science. She trained in neuroscience and psychology at the University of Chicago and Yale, and became a Senior Certified Professional Coach with a background in counselling psychology. She then founded Augment Mind on a single premise: performance is a biological system - measurable, trainable, and upgradeable.

Today she works with executives and leadership teams worldwide, and hosts It's Me, Your Brain, a podcast with listeners in over 40 countries.
