As Co-founder and Chairman of Upheat Solutions and previously responsible for Tamturbo global scaling, he has made a career of accelerating the adoption of new technologies for industrial sustainability. Upheat's high-temperature heat pumps help decarbonize energy-intensive sectors such as food and beverage, pulp and paper and chemicals production. Backed with a PhD in as-a-Service business models, Olli brings a blend of analytical systems thinking, startup execution, and drive, having worked both in startups and global corporates. His current work focuses on saving the world by replacing fossil-fueled industrial heat with scalable, electrified solutions — helping manufacturers lower emissions without compromising operative or financial performance.
