Nathan Gruber

Nathan Gruber is Co-Founder and CEO of Manex AI which builds manufacturing optimization agents for autonomous factories. After working at BMW, he co-founded Manex AI with the vision to extended Germany's and Europe's leadership in industrial manufacturing with AI in times of macroeconomic volatility and labor shortage. While his background is in Computer Science from TU Munich and CDTM, he now acts as a thought leader at the interface of AI and Industry 4.0.

Founded in September 2023, Munich-based Manex AI quickly earned the trust of several industry leaders like BMW, Stellantis, Audi, BSH, TDK, or Henkel. Manex AI is one of the fastest-growing European Industrial AI startups, backed by leading investors like Lightspeed Venture Partners and Blueyard Capital.
