Following my passion to create knowledge and technology transfer between the traditional industrial and innovative startup economy, I have established a leading initiative to foster the transformation of family firms through collaboration within Europe's leading innovation and startup ecosystem - (Familien)UnternehmerTUM.

Today, I leverage over a decade of experience at the intersection of industry, startups and venture capital. I work with selected venture capital firms (most notably UVC Partners) as a Value Creation Advisor, supporting venture capital teams and their portfolio companies by translating industrial access, family business networks and entrepreneurial capital into tangible value creation – from pilot customers and partnerships to strategic investors and European ecosystem expansion.

Besides, I am an active 5th generation shareholder and supervisory board member of SCHLENK SE supporting its sustainable transformation through strategic collaboration and investments within the startup ecosystem. Furthermore, I am managing director of our family investment holding focusing on commercial real estate (development), private equity and venture capital.
