Gregor Schmalzried is a consultant, speaker and journalist covering generative AI, including as the host and team lead of "Der KI-Podcast" (ARD), currently the number 1 German-language podcast on artificial intelligence. He advises on AI implementation and strategy, and serves as an adjunct lecturer on generative AI at Hochschule Landshut. Gregor has been named among the #2 "science journalist of the year" in 2024 by medium magazin and has been awarded the RIAS Media Prize and the Kurt Magnus Preis. His work was nominated for Deutscher Fernsehpreis and Grimme Online Award. His book "Wir, aber besser" on the AI revolution was published by Goldmann Verlag in 2025.
