Gregor Langer

Gregor Langer is the CEO and Co-Founder of TALOS, a Munich-based New Space startup on a mission to protect life on Earth—by watching it from space.

At TALOS, he leads the development of a groundbreaking satellite-based Internet of Things (IoT) system that tracks wildlife and livestock from orbit. The data enables early detection of climate change effects, natural disasters, and zoonotic diseases—turning movement patterns into early warning signals for our planet.

Gregor brings a strong track record in sales and business development, having previously served as Sales Director for satellite communications at a Munich-based corporation. He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and a Diplom-Ingenieur from the Technical University of Braunschweig.
