How Do We Build the Future? Visionary Architecture, Real-World Solutions, and Emerging Technologies

The way we build determines how we will live in the future: whether cities become overheated or livable, whether buildings consume resources or become part of regenerative systems, and whether neighborhoods foster connection or isolation. Yet technologically and architecturally, far more is already possible than our built reality would suggest.

Visionary concepts, circular materials, AI-powered planning, robotics, and new forms of urban living demonstrate how architecture could become not just “less bad,” but actively better — ecologically, socially, and culturally.

This session brings together futuristic visions, practical case studies, and emerging technologies to explore a central question: if so much is already possible, why are we still building as if it were yesterday?
